Internal Account Administrator

Summary of the job role

Due to business growth, Quattro are currently recruiting an Internal Account Administrator on a full time, permanent basis on behalf of our client in the Manufacturing industry. The role is based in Warwick and the salary for this role is £16,000 - £18,000 per annum depending on experience. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm and there is free parking available onsite. You will enable sales orders and their transactions to be fully recorded and to ensure they are processed in a controlled manner, allowing products to be supplied to the customer correctly and on the due date. Key Responsibilities: • To assist the Internal Sales Executives on generating and responding to leads and queries in a timely manner. • Successful generation of warm leads and follow up calls. • To present management with key market information which is relevant and may enable future business opportunities to be developed. • To keep up to date with new products and work efficiently and accurately in a team based environment. • To act with autonomy - taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction. • Manage the company's liaison with clients to facilitate a seamless process to ensure a positive client experience. • Provide high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities. • Ensure invoices are raised correctly and company KPI's are met • Data inputting, verifying and correcting data where necessary • Assisting the other members of the Internal Sales team when needed • Compliance to company policies and group management systems • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the coordination office • Maintaining customer databases - sales prices and addresses. Essential Criteria: • Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience • Enthusiastic and a good team player • Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy • Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail • Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email. • Good customer service skills For more information on this role, please contact Lauren in the Leamington Spa office.
