Internal Account Manager – £25K - £28K OTE Bens – Wokingham Specialised in providing IT training this award-winning company is looking for an individual who believes that the world of technology is more than just IT training. Working with some of the biggest partners in the industry they need a passionate and ambitious internal account manager to join their strategic Sales Team. The internal Account Manager Job Purpose: Thoroughly understand the company’s progressive portfolio and processes Proactively work with your line manager to generate a new business pipeline Demonstrate good time management and organisation skills to balance out the separate workloads Strategically construct Onboard new business by demonstrating your understanding of the commercial world and specific clients’ needs Construct opportunity meetings displaying weekly activity reports and discuss new innovative procedures to maximise account leads Follow up on business leads ensuring you meet the client’s customer services expectations Work with management to ensure all areas of business comply with contracted obligations Effectively manage the CRM system to ensure all details and actively are up to date The Desired Skills for the Potential Internal Account Manager: At least 2 Years IT Sales experience or having worked within the IT training sector Have achieved an A level qualification Experience managing large enterprise accounts whilst ensuring to obtain new business Exhibit previous understanding of key technology having worked with established vendors Possess the ability to productively work as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication Confident when working with Microsoft products including Excel Thrive when working under pressuring working conditions Proven ability to meet KPI’s and contribute to the increase in revenue Working on a global scale to cater to the worlds technological needs this company has a great commission structure that will allow you make extra earnings in excess of 10K.
