Internal Account Manager – Cutting Edge Medical Technology Start Up X 4 This is an entry level or junior Account Manager / Territory Manager / Client Management / Tele-Sales position that will predominantly be based in London but may involve visits to clients throughout the UK from time to time · Basic Salary from £25-30k and Pension · Based London – initially the role will be heavily office focused however in time it will involve more visits to client sites, access to office required daily. This is a dynamic forward thinking company looking to change the landscape of surgery Company · SAAS (Software As A Service) medical start up · Recently received significant funding · Established in 2015 by a Key Opinion Leading Surgeon and respected IOT engineer · Numerous awards for innovation and technology Solution An accessible and affordable digital health software solution, cloud based that allows surgeons to connect in a real time network and join colleagues in Operating Theatres for coaching, mentoring and clinical collaboration. Fully GDPR and HIPAA compliant the product effectively enables remote surgeons to “scrub in” to any theatre globally. This delivers real time, meaningful collaboration and delivers cost and clinical benefits to users. THE ROLE The Engagement Consultant / Junior Account Manager / Territory Manager / Client Management will be responsible for working with customers (Surgical Associations, Key Opinion Leading Surgeons, Hospitals, Medical Device Companies) once the have started using the SAAS solution provided by our client. They will work with clients on a daily basis and deal with any account queries and issues and ensure all Service Level Agreements are delivered. In addition they will be responsible for driving new business / networking within the existing accounts to increase usage numbers. A key facet to the role will be the ability to think laterally and problem solve – being solution orientated with customer outcomes at heart is key. This is designed to deliver exceptional customer retention and class leading customer satisfaction. THE CANDIDATE · Candidates for this role could be medical sales people looking move out of the field. Or they could be clinical professionals (nurse, part trained doctors, theatre practitioners (ODPs), Theatre Assistants etc who have exceptional communication and life skills looking to move into the commercial world. Equally IT Customer Service professionals with a passion for Healthcare are invited to apply. We are also keen to speak with recent graduates whose studies have included GDPR, IT Systems, Data Protection, Governance, Compliance and overall Systems Integration and have worked while studying in a B2B sales / customer service role part time. Emotional Intelligence is key to this role · Relevant backgrounds (allied with some customer service / sales experience) to include – Healthcare / Medical sales / Technology Sales / SAAS / Customer Service. HOWEVER open to other vertical experiences for driven individuals with experience in a similar role. · Exceptional grads with some relevant experience in their education may be considered. · Candidates will need to be excellent communicators and have a good degree of commercial acumen – IT IS POSSIBLE THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE FACE TO FACE CLIENT VISITS. · Candidates will have common sense and be able to problem solve / deliver customer satisfaction.
