Internal Account Manager - Financial Services Sector Witney £25-£35K Commission (OTE £35k-£40k) The Burford Recruitment Company are delighted to be working with a privately owned financial services company, to find an ambitious and motivated Internal Account Manager to join their satellite sales office in Witney Oxfordshire. The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business leads from both warm and cold databases of small to medium sized companies across multiple business sectors across the UK. Duties will include: Contacting business owners by phone to discuss the finances of the company and to identify its financial needs. Identify which financial products best suit the customers Execute transactions effectively . Attend local networking event and meet with customers where necessary. Occasional travel to our Manchester offices may be required for training and meetings. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be competent at creating opportunities on the phone, and have the ability to gain the trust of customers quickly. They will have a proven ability and desire to engage with people across a broad business community, and above all else, be committed to succeed with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding business targets. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience gained in a B2B sales environment, preferably within the financial services sector such as banking, leasing, invoice finance, or commercial loans. PACKAGE Your package will reflect your level of experience and will include: a competitive basic salary an uncapped commission structure. Total OTE is expected to be in the range £30k-£45k 25 Days holiday. Progression opportunities Our client is a privately-owned business and the directors take a very active role in people development. In addition to your line manager, you will engage regularly with senior management. The business is well funded , has good systems and is capable of doubling in size in the next two years.
