Responsibilities: The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with existing clients, working with them on upgrades, renewals and additional services, as well working with the senior Business Development Manager to generate new opportunities, meetings, and potential opportunities by marketing activities, and contacting targeted lists of potential prospects. Skills and Experience: Proven work experience within Account Management, Sales, or similar role Experience from dealing with large companies or organisations, communicating and closing deals with department heads, managers or executives. Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with CRM software Confidence dealing with people on the phone and face to face. Good telephone manner and highly self-motivated Ability to build relations, demonstrate products and manage pipeline of sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Business to Business Inside Sales or Telemarketing experience Have worked in either the Software, Legal Technology, Legal Consulting, or Document Management industry.
