Internal Account Manager West Kent £22K-£26K OTE £30K-£35K 1st Year My client based in the Tonbridge area is looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role includes 70% Account Management and 30% New Business with the requirement for occasional visits. This role comes with a great salary which includes uncapped commission with an OTE of £30K-£35K within the 1st year. Duties include: Ownership of between 60-80 customers Achieving regular orders within your accounts whilst pushing the company's core brands Maintaining healthy margins for the company Updating databases showing which customers have not spent with the company within 3 months to help the sales reps Keeping positive, strong and professional relationships with all clients to ensure continuous business Providing a certain amount of new business every week/ month Keeping up to date on incoming leads and passing these to the correct sales individual The right candidate will have/be: Solid previous internal sales and account management experience Strong communication skills Willing and confident to pick up the phone Able to take ownership of their own work The ability to meet deadlines and strict targets every month Dynamic, friendly and hard working This role would suit someone with previous experience within a similar role looking to develop further.
