The Job Role Your main focus will be to book demonstrations of state of the art coffee machines with key decision makers. We are looking for a self-motivated and tenacious individual to join our new business team. We are a team of hunters searching for the next location to have the real spirit of coffee. You will be focused, motivated and organised, with a winning mentality to consistently deliver sales targets. You will have demonstrated the ability to create prospects daily, manage sales pipelines, and close opportunities. You will work with the sales team towards the daily sales strategy. You will be experienced in a results-orientated environment, Understanding the products, recognising the value of great service and support, and ultimately delivering bottom line performance. You will be comfortable in business basics, creating proposals and dealing with customers. Daily Tasks Demonstration / Appointment setting Sending proposals Diary management Making outbound calls & dealing with inbound sales enquiries Report to the Senior Business Development Manager and Sales Director . Skills required Experience of working within a sales environment Be able to explain the products and services we offer, with the ability to understand the detail behind the product and proposition. Objection Handling Ability to penetrate new market sectors. Follow up on marketing campaigns. Experience of working alone and in a sales team. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly. Demonstrable ability to shape the sales strategy and grow with the business. Have strong influencing and negotiating skills. Self-sufficient, proactive and flexible. Have an organised and structured approach to work. The Package Starting Basic of £25,000 plus uncapped commission and bonuses OTE £50,000 Company Car Opportunities Minimum 28 days holidays About Us We are a well-established business looking to expand even further, we have recently moved into purpose built premises and are looking for professional sales people to join our already established team. The role is ideal for proactive, structured individuals who have a desire to write their own pay cheques. Full time position: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17.00 Part time position: Flexible days/hours are available for the right candidates.
