Summary of the job roleInternal Comms & Events Exec Central London c£30k bonus We're truly excited to be assisting a South West London company with the recruitment of an Internal Comms and Events Exec. Based on Front of House with the Office Manager, you will work as a team to deliver an unrivalled office environment, spearheading new ideas and nurturing existing ones. You will serve as a key pillar of communication for the company, proactively managing all employee communications around events, office policies and updates. This is a fun, slick and engaging environment to work in and this role will play an integral part in setting the agenda for this. You will be responsible for curating and coordinating the events calendar and employee engagement plan. You'll ensure the team and office are functioning to comply with best practice - leading the onboarding process and Health & Safety inductions, arranging and overseeing fire and first aid training, ensuring the team have comfortable work stations and resolving any issues on an adhoc basis. You will need to be high energy, engaging and professional. We're looking for someone with a can-do, proactive attitude who will take ownership of the employee experience, recognising where we can make improvements and using previous experience to implement change. You'll need exceptional verbal and written skills We are looking for someone with previous office management and/or event management experience, you'll be familiar with Health & Safety regulations in the workplace and ensure the Company are compliant, seeking advice from external advisors when required.
