Recruiter, Internal Recruiter, Hook, Recruitment My client is a global leader within Telco and they are currently recruiting for a Recruiter to join their team on a contractual basis in Hook. The Recruiter, working closely with the Senior Recruiter, is to provide an end-to-end Resourcing experience to Hiring Managers across a dedicated function to meet recruitment demands. Applying specialist recruitment knowledge and expertise to attract and engage the best people for the business by the most appropriate and cost effective sources and providing a brilliant service to candidates and hiring managers. Main Responsibilities Recruitment of external hires Level E - F, with sourcing support provided for some Level D roles, also includes but not limited to: Manage candidate and hiring manager experience through the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, assessment & selection, interview scheduling, short-listing, offer management) Contact and conduct telephone screens/interviews with prospective candidates to ascertain suitability. Ensure ATS is updated with all relevant candidate information and details. Conduct and manage direct sourcing activities to fill open positions. Additionally, conduct talent mapping exercises to build talent pipelines in area of specialism to meet the demands of future hiring requirements. Ensure ATS is fully updated with all relevant candidate information. Participate in Resourcing related projects such as events or advertising campaigns Write and produce jobs adverts which meet legislative requirements. Ensuring they best represent the brand and tone of voice. Take vacancy briefs from Hiring Managers and agree resourcing plans to ensure roles are filled in line with business expectations. Utilise the support and services of agencies on the PSL where required in order to identify the most suitable candidate. Act as the intermediary between Hiring Managers and agencies. Ensure all approved vacancies are advertised internally and externally, where required, and utilising the most effective attraction methods. Utilising the BE framework, work with the Senior Recruiter to prepare interview questions and provide advice on assessment materials when required. Attend, if required, face to face interviews with Hiring Managers. Deliver verbal feedback, in a timely manner, to all candidates post interview stage. Ensure feedback is accurately recorded on ATS and statuses updated. Manage verbal offers and act as a point of contact for candidates at offer stage. Oversee the offer process to completion ensuring candidates receive offers in a timely manner and any queries are managed effectively through to resolution. Manage the offer details and compensation negotiation with candidates, liaise with internal parties to ensure correct approval of compensation, benefits and reward queries. Attend Hiring Manager meetings where required to understand the needs of the business and develop resourcing plans. Work closely with the recruitment administration team to arrange and confirming interviews with Candidates and Hiring Managers and ensuring the ATS is kept up to date of changes at all times. Update and amend interview times as and when required. Liaise with the Recruitment administration team to book meeting rooms for interviews and update electronic diaries and the ATS with interview times/dates where required. Required Skills Interviewing / Assessment & Selection methods Effective PC/Microsoft Office skills technically savvy Previous use and knowledge of ATS systems and other recruiting tools, including Oracle, iGrasp, Avature, LinkedIn search Must be able to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates. Including, Boolean search expertise and creative/innovative researching knowledge. Good depth and breadth of recruitment knowledge. Either, In-house, Agency or RPO.
