Summary of the job roleJob Title: In House Recruiter Salary to £35,000 Bonus potential: OTE £55,000 (uncapped) The Company Based in our client is an established and successful mortgage brokerage with advisers throughout the UK. They specialise in providing professional ethical mortgage advice from the whole of market. As part of their growth they are seeking to appoint an in-house recruiter to work from their offices in Bolton. The Candidate As a successful in house recruiter you will be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience of recruiting self-employed professional advisers within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be from a network or agency background, however candidates with a strong track of record of direct recruitment from a related in-house employer will also be considered. The following are some of the skills and experience we are seeking: Ability to attract the best by identifying and understanding our market and competitors, knowing their offering and USP. Experience of handling and being responsible the full 360 recruitment lifecycle Knowledge and techniques of advertising campaigns, head hunting, search, social networking and brand optimisation. A sound knowledge of external job board’s and social media channels including tactical usage. Skilled and experienced at undertaking both telephone and face to face interviews. Responsibilities as an in house recruiter Tenacious with a genuine understanding of the type of candidates they are seeking. Ability to attract candidates through selling in the role, understanding the competition and ensuring that the candidate fits the profile and demands of the role. Monitor the cost per hire whilst seeking ways to improve the process and the candidate journey Provide the directors with a dashboard of key data as required Articulate issues clearly and provide solutions rather than excuses Proactively plan and attend network events to build up knowledge of competitor activity and potential issues that could affect the companies recruitment strategy The Profile of an in house recruiter A minimum of 2 years within a related financial services sales recruitment role. Demonstrable track record of success Skilled at undertaking candidate interviews, tele screening and pre recruitment checks and administration Possess a can do attitude without over promising under delivering Excellent computer literacy A clear focus on issues and have the ability to be persuasive and influential. Be decisive, have business shrewdness and can demonstrate solid problem solving, decision-making and analytical capabilities.
