JHE & Partners are exclusively partnering a leading manufacturer in Keighley who are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Account Executive on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with competent Sales and Admin experience to join an expanding workforce in a fantastic company. You will be a confident and personable candidate with the ability to build relationships with clients/customers and colleagues alike. You will have previous experience working in a sales position, and be very confident and competent with admin skills. Duties include: Day to day administration - Ensuring all customer/order details are 100% accurate for each account Offering a very high standard of customer service to the clients/customers Building rapport with key contacts Proactively building your client base and actively promoting the product Generate, build and communicate quotations Produce daily shipping/despatch reports and ensure all is running smoothly - Communicating with the customer at all times Be a brand ambassador Key Skills/Experience: Minimum 1 year in a sales role Customer service experience Very strong administration skills - Confident and competent on all MS applications Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) In return you will receive a competitive salary (dependent on experience) and a rewarding benefits package.
