Jenson Fisher are currently working with our client based in the Dundee area, to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Administrator for a full time, permanent role. The company have recently went through some exciting changes and are looking to ensure they bring the right people into their growing team. They work across multiple sectors and are looking for someone with experience of supporting a busy sales team with an emphasis on customer service. The key duties of the role are: Ensure good customer relations with customers both new and existing. Ensure efficient end to end processing for all new orders coming into the business. Ensure that both new contracts and existing accounts are given appropriate attention. Pursue business through telesales activity and generate new lead for the sales team. Provide quotes and invoices when requested, ensuring efficiency. 100% accurate data entry - using bespoke system. All other admin support duties as required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a busy sales/customer service environment and will also have experience of working as part of a team.
