About the Opportunity Due to an increased demand on their Sales Department and planned continued growth in this area, a newly created New Business Development Executive is now available. Working from their newly refurbished offices near Watton, this is a fast-paced role, offering you variety, challenges and the opportunity to grow and use all of your acquired skills as well as friendly and supportive atmosphere and culture to exceed your expectations. They work very closely and enjoy operating in a market where there are many opportunities to succeed. Hard graft, enthusiasm and a kudos of pursuing excellence beyond the call of duty are standard here. You will be trained and coached from your existing position and given the opportunity to become a sales "all-star". The main focus of the role is prospecting and early development of new accounts from a prospect list to ensure maximum pipeline value as well as support and assist the Team in the growing of these accounts. The day to day job will include but is not restricted to: - Continuous Increase of pipeline value and quality - Utilising phone, email, Linkedin etc to prospect to new accounts (at least 30-50 contacts per day) - Generating of min 10 qualified opportunities per month/20 after 3 months - Increase database of names within prospect companies and keep it updated - Follow up warm leads from marketing activities - Ensure proposals and requests are dealt with in a timely manner - Manage and enhance the whole client experience from the first contact to ongoing relationship - Maintain effective internal communication to ensure a great experience for the client Who are they looking for? - Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds is a must - Attitude to succeed and overcome any obstacles is the basic - Willingness to learn and passion for product, service and people - Hard working and committed to exceeding customer's expectations - Sales background would be an advantage but full training will be given - Experience from high value consumables or industrial lubricants would be an advantage They are looking for their next sales hero.
