Our client, a leading provider of IT solutions based in Thatcham, are currently recruiting for a Interal Sales Executive to join the team. You will need to be target driven, resilient and self-motivated. Responsibilities: Book appointments for Business Development Managers. Organising appointments using Outlook and Salesforce. Work to Monthly and quarterly targets. Make a minimum of 50 outbound business to business calls per day. Sourcing leads from around 400 accounts, email campaigns and events. Must be able to Identify a need and present a solution. Finding new contacts by phone and social media and adding them to your accounts. Maintaining and updating accounts. Build a sales pipeline and keep it updated. Requirements: Confident and friendly telephone manner. Accurate data inputting skills. Excellent time management skills. Self-motivated attitude. Confident in their Sales Ability. Experience using sales force or a Similar CRM System. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident and professional. This is a full-time position working 9am - 5:15pm.
