Role: Internal Sales Executive Salary: £18-22k Location: Bolton Our client based in Leeds is currently on the lookout for Internal Sales people to join their growing team in Bolton, to assist during a period of growth. RESPONSIBILITIES To offer excellent levels of service to the customer Make recommendations including product alternatives, should an item be out of stock Answering the telephone and assisting with phone queries, phone orders or putting the call through to the correct department Ensure the customer is kept informed of any changes to their orders/accounts in a timely manner Promote new or existing products to your customers, to upsell and cross sell Able to give up to date and knowledgeable product advice To manage your given accounts list To ensure that all accounts are proactively contacted to ensure we are maximizing sales Actively try to regain lost business To call new prospects to sell the company’s products and services Telephone and email follow up to support marketing campaigns and exhibitions CRM management, cleansing, updating and maintaining data Promote website usage, ordering and the benefits To input orders onto the system in 'real time’ and ensure the orders are correct To Input quotes onto the system and monitor and chase Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role Analyse monthly sales reports to assess downturns and present recommendations Additional To aid Credit Control in managing the status of each account. To liaise with Credit Control to flag any issues To ensure that problems / issues with accounts are highlighted in a concise and timely manner to enable them to be resolved quickly and correctly and documented against the customer Large or specialist enquires are flagged to your line manager to ensure that they are priced accordingly to win the business Any further duties to enable the Company to run smoothly and efficiently Skills Team player Effective and concise communicator both written and verbal Strong IT skills (excel & email) Excellent telephone manner Good attention to detail great interpersonal skills a desire to give great service to customers Used to working in a busy environment Ability to use sound professional judgement Please note that Mpeople Recruitment can not always respond to all applicants due to the volume of CV’s received on a daily basis.
