Internal Sales Executive Job Location: Bournemouth, Dorset (Based near Wallisdown) Job Type: Permanent Salary: Dependant on experience Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm & Friday 8.00am - 12.30pm A leading manufacturing company based in Bournemouth has undergone significant business changes which is going to have a massive positive impact on their business operations and with that they are seeking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to work within the Commercial division to grow and maintain business opportunities. This is a very exciting position for the successful applicant to build and develop customer accounts working will a well-established and trusted brand within their industry. Some of your duties will include: Identifying and securing new business opportunities. Undertaking outbound calls to potential and existing clients develop their accounts Closing sales from previous quotations provided to customers Demonstrate customer account management skills in a B2B environment by developing relationships with customers Manage customer contact to ensure information exchange and negotiations are handled efficiently and professionally Provide feedback on call rates, success figures and forecasts Ensuring customer complaints, issues and queries are dealt with promptly and reach a successful conclusion Prepare and arrange samples to be sent to customers Person Specification: Previous experience within sales and/or account management in a B2B environment Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills. Confident in pursuing leads and converting these into sales Excellent objection handling and closing skills Technical knowledge Proficient MS Office and CRM skills Adept in multi-tasking, time management, prioritising daily activities and is organised.
