Permanent Internal Sales Manager Job, Dundee, £25-30K, Manufacturing and Production Industry Your new company Hays Office Support are recruiting on behalf of their client for an Internal Sales Manager to join their large and busy team, in a well established business. Salary is £25,000- £30,000 depending on experience, plus 33 days annual holidays and an enrolment into a life assurance scheme and pension. Your new role Your new role will be key to overseeing and ensuring the internal sales process is fully efficient, contemporary and in line with business and stakeholders requirements and objectives. You will take on the role of managing the internal sales team, where you will lead and develop the business. You will be responsible for training and developing the internal sales team to ensure product knowledge is at the highest of standards to ensure that team members deliver the sales process successfully and efficiently. Going into more detail you will develop and present new business ideas to the Business Development Director, in order to develop sales business, as well as assess how to effectively implement business ideas into your team. What you'll need to succeed You will be an individual who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational and time management skills. You must have the ability to multitask as this is a very fast paced environment and be successful at developing and maintaining relationships. You will be a highly driven individual who has experience in leading projects and managing a demanding team. You will have been in a similar Sales/ Account management role . A good problem solving skills set and understanding of IT and Microsoft packages (i.e. Excel, Outlook and Word) is essential. It is desirable that you have had experience with Customer Relationship Management software What you'll get in return The opportunity to work for a well established and growing business.
