Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Role and Responsibilities: As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include: One-on-One Support: Providing personalized assistance to students, ensuring their individual needs are met, and helping them thrive. Collaboration: Working closely with teachers and other staff to create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages the participation of all students. Resourceful Assistance: Assisting in the preparation and organization of learning materials and resources tailored to the unique needs of students with special educational needs. Requirements: A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (education, psychology, special education, etc.). A genuine passion for education and supporting students with special educational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of SEN education.
