Company - Leading product and service supplier Job Title - Internal Territory Account Manager Hours - 8.30am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8.30am-4.30pm Fri Location -Wednesbury Salary - £20,800 / annum (OTE £28K) benefits The internal sales team partner with our customers to grow, maintain and protect relationships, fuelling the customers potential through sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To generate and close profitable sales for the company as part of the company’s growth strategy Work in conjunction with Field Sales counterpart to identify existing and new sales opportunities and act upon them ? To have individual responsibility for prospecting, protecting existing business and achieving growth within in a geographical area To win and build customer trust in the company by helping them to grow faster, drive down costs and become more profitable To build and leverage relationships with key decision makers which identify customer requirements and challenges ? To create innovative solutions using a broad range of supplier products and services which add value for the customer ? To engage with key suppliers for the best results for the company and the customer ? To develop sound commercial solutions which optimise sales opportunities ? Deliver outstanding customer service in line with customer service standards ? Any other duties in line with business and departmental needs ? REQUIREMENTS Exceptional questioning and listening skills ? Goal and achievement orientated ? Ability to create and develop strong internal and external professional relationships ? The passion and mind-set to create win/win solutions ? Motivated to be successful, both as an individual and as part of a team ? Strong planning and organisational skills ? Display a sense of urgency to get the task completed ? Is a self-starter and uses initiative to deliver results ? Passion for learning and self-development Able to demonstrate success in sales environments which focus on selling value not price ? Understanding of Metalworking / Manufacturing and / or distribution industry an advantage ?
