To be considered for the role you must have a 2:1 or above in the core subjects of English, Maths or Science. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be required to support the classroom teacher with the classroom duties, provide one to one support with students and also small group work intervention groups in the build up to the examination period. You must have a positive and confident approach, have strong subject knowledge and have the personality to be able to inspire the students encouraging them to achieve their highest potential.
