Summary of the job roleMarketing Manager, International Based in Milton Keynes Salary circa £40,000 Excellent Benefits One of the largest pizza companies in the world are currently looking to recruit a highly skilled marketing professional on a maternity cover contract. As part of the International Marketing Team, you would support international growth of the business through the development and execution of brand awareness initiatives across EMENA. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of the business and drive continued development. The Role o Support the International Marketing R&D team with international menu innovation, process, execution and the building of a new menu tracking portal. o Manage, create and distribute the monthly international newsletter, working closely with Regional Marketing Managers across international markets o Reporting and communication, sharing regular sales reports and market summaries with key stakeholders o Attend/arrange franchisee marketing calls hosted by International Marketing Director to write and distribute meeting minutes and update market status documents. o Brand management and execution, ensure quality and integrity of brand and that look, feel and communication standards are actively used across markets o Facilitate the gathering, evaluating and sharing of best practices and ROI performance analysis You will liaise with franchisees across EMENA, and with both corporate and cross-functional teams including internal departments such as Operations, Training, Purchasing and Development plus various marketing functions. You would be based at the company's UK HQ is in Milton Keynes however regular international travel will be a feature of the role. The Candidate A highly skilled and experienced marketing professional, ideally degree educated and/or professional qualified, with a background in QSR / a franchise-based industry. You will be a self-starter with excellent organisational skills, analytical and strategic thinking, strong problem-solving ability, plus multi-tasking skills, able to make project prioritisation decisions, communicate rationale, and adjust mid-course. You must be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for marketing and communications plus a strong command of the English language and a creative flair for writing. An understanding of SEO, online content development, and social media will also be an advantage.
