Forfront joined both the G-Cloud and DOS frameworks in 2015 and is committed to playing an effective role in the government’s digital transformation programme. e-shot™ is currently growing fast and this is a key role that will suit an individual who can align their own success to that of the business. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary function of the Marketing Support Advisor is to assist our diverse range of clients to get the best out of our digital marketing software, e-shot™. You will help our clients with email marketing, marketing automation, website analytics and a range of other digital marketing questions. You will also help to deliver digital marketing communications on behalf of some of our customers and for our own marketing and communications. You will be exposed to a variety of challenges as a member of the support team and over time, you will be encouraged to specialise in certain areas and given more detailed training to develop your skills in those specialisms. Your day will typically include: Handling support cases on behalf of our clients via telephone, email and Live Chat Diagnosing and fixing issues in a timely manner Maintaining accurate records in our Support software and other systems Creating email campaigns and assets on behalf of our clients Configuring marketing tools and carrying out technical tasks as required To be successful as part of our team, you need to be really good at what you do, but also really passionate about your work. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be comfortable dealing with demanding clients and busy environments. Following the Apprenticeship, you will be encouraged to continue with the business and specialise based on the needs of the business and your own ambitions.
