Role: Graduate Web Developer (Coding Experience Essential) Salary:£32,250 Location: Bracknell REF: J3525:M4:GWD Redwood Technologies, resting under the umbrella of the Redwood Technologies Group as its founder, are global innovators in the R&D of communications technology. With headquarters in the heart of Europe’s “Tech Valley” and offices across Europe and Asia, they’re looking for ambitious STEM graduates, with coding experience, to help further their rapidly expanding presence as Web Developers. As a Graduate Web Developer, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team developing and maintaining Redwood’s web frontends. The successful candidates will become integral components of a team relied upon by some of the world’s largest organisations for vital communication services Graduate Web Developer Package: - Competitive salary of £32,250 - The opportunity to work with all of the latest technology (e.g. Oracle, Cisco, SQL Server) - Regular company-wide team building events - Fantastic progression opportunities - Healthcare - Pension scheme - Company Holidays - Annual Christmas party hosted at a variety of four and five star country hotels - Social events/nights out - Cycle to work scheme Graduate Web Developer Role: - Implement designs using modern web development practices to ensure the continued development for the company’s wide range of international clients - Work alongside other Applications Engineers to design the product concept and advise how it can be implemented technically within the constraints - Manage the day-to-day activities of software projects by tracking and analysing progress and collaborating with Project Managers when necessary - Offer expert client support efficiently when required, to ensure that the company’s high levels of customer service and solution delivery are upheld - Co-operate closely with test engineers to ensure that the high reliability underpinning the company’s success is maintained - Offer technical input during the tendering phase of projects - Apply, promote and continuously improve best practices and standards to continue and enhance the company’s excellent international reputation. Graduate Web Developer: - Educated to a 2.1 degree level standard in a STEM discipline (e.g. Science, Engineering, Technology and Maths). Coding experience essential - Alma mater of a top-tier University - Eligibility to work in the UK - Excellent level of IT/Computer literacy and passionate about tech - A full UK driving license
