We have several apprenticeships offerings that can give you a kick start to your career. The KPMG360° Apprenticeship Programme gives you the opportunity to work across a broad range of business areas, offering you the breadth of practical experience in work, coupled with study towards a professional qualification.
KPMG360°Digital is our new degree level apprenticeship programme, designed to nurture our next generation of talent. You’ll develop an understanding of how we work with clients through business rotations, have the chance to gain valuable insights, and a BSc degree in Digital and Technology Solutions along the way.

Our IT’s Her Future programme is a KPMG-wide initiative designed to attract, empower and develop women in technology by offering them access to the networks and opportunities that can help advance their careers. Our aim is to ensure that you feel empowered and inspired to apply for positions of responsibility, so you can develop to your full potential.
Through the IT’s Her Future programme, you’ll have a senior leader as a mentor to give you the support, space and opportunity you need to grow. Working in a team of like-minded people, you’ll enjoy the chance to build your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment, with plenty of opportunities for continual learning and development. You’ll also have access to a series of internal and external events that aim to increase awareness around gender diversity, particularly in technical disciplines, across KPMG and in the wider professional world.
