Una St Ives is looking for an enthusiastic kitchen apprentice to join Glenn Gatland, head chef and his team in our newly completed Mediterranean inspired restaurant. The successful candidate will be interested in food and cooking, have a passion for doing things well and be able to work as part of a team.
