Life at KPMG for apprentices

We offer three different apprenticeship programmes:

KPMG 360: a rotational apprenticeship programme for school and college leavers. It gives ambitious, free thinking young people the chance to work with some of the very best and brightest people in the business world. By 'rotational', we simply mean you get to move around different areas of the organisation, gaining invaluable insights, work experience and professional qualifications along the way.

The programme is flexible and runs for either three or six years, depending on your chosen career path. Join us, and whichever route you choose, you'll be setting off on a journey that's as exciting as it is challenging.

KPMG 360 Digital: Digital lasts four years and combines academic study with practical work experience. Based in London, Leeds or Manchester, you'll undertake a number of rotations with technology teams across the firm. At the same time, you'll also study for a BSc degree in Digital and Technology Solutions with our training provider, BPP University. We'll fund your tuition fees and you'll enjoy flexible study options (including live online lectures) as well as formal study sessions.

KPMG 360 Business Services: a two year apprenticeship programme which will give you an overview of Business Services and how we support the wider organisation. As a new apprentice, you will be fully supported throughout the programme with guidance from KPMG teams as well as our external training provider.
