We are expanding our Learner and Employer Engagement Team and seeking a dedicated Business Administration Apprenticeship Tutor to join us. About the Role: We are offering an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals who want to make a difference in shaping the next generation's talent. As a Business Administration Apprenticeship Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training to apprentices in the workplace, primarily focusing on the Business Administrator standard. Key Responsibilities: Deliver innovative teaching and learning sessions to apprentices, ensuring their progress from start to end-point assessment. Provide training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring, and formal reviewing of apprentices' progress. Identify opportunities to increase vacancies and collaborate with other departments for business success. Requirements: Experience in apprenticeship delivery or extensive sector experience in an administrative role. Desirable: Some experience in supervising, training, and developing staff. Current or recent experience within the last 3 years is preferred. Possession of a valid driving license due to the geographical spread of our operations.
