We are passionate about developing the best people and have a well-established team who deliver a variety of training including our in-house apprenticeship programmes in Recruitment Consultancy and Customer Service, which was recently graded outstanding by OFSTED. In this hybrid role, you will deliver our high-quality training curriculum's, including facilitating classroom events and using your proven coaching skills and experience to further develop skills, knowledge and behaviours. Key tasks and responsibilities include: Deliver a high-standard and professional learning experience every time Deliver an agreed number of training days per month Coach and mentor a caseload of apprentices in achieving their apprenticeship qualification Assess employee’s competency against a standard and provide developmental feedback Support assigned learners to ensure they are prepared to complete all relevant training courses and pass apprenticeship qualifications to a high standard Engage and work with managers across the business to ensure that knowledge, skills and behaviours are embedded following all learning interventions Assist with the design, development, review, and continuous improvement of bespoke training materials in line with changes in process or policy Key Attributes You will be able to prove/ demonstrate: Relevant industry qualification at level 3 or above or proven experience within a training and development or apprenticeship delivery role. Package Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. Company car/car allowance will be available upon successful probation.
