Childcare Apprenticeship Level 3 Location: Minsterworth Kindergarten , GL2 8JH Salary: £10.43 hourly Contracted Hours: 40hours per week/Full time Benefits of a Childcare Apprenticeship Discount on Childcare Free Parking The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Minsterworth Kindergartenas a Level 3Childcare Apprentice, looking to start in April 2024 Minsterworth Kindergarten provides a caring and nurturing environment for your child to flourish and grow. Their highly qualified staff provide open-ended activities centred around the childs interests to encourage their learning and development which reflect their own unique personalities and abilities. We have a large focus on outdoor learning and the natural environment and make use of our wonderful natural surroundings to encourage adventure and exploration The kindergarten offers a homely, nurturing environment with access to a wonderful large outside area for adventures and fun This ensures the children have quality time outside to explore our natural environment give them the healthy platform to grow and develop while improving mental and physical well-being. Main duties and responsibilities of a Childcare Apprenticeship ; To lead the nursery Daily running of the nursery Liaising with the parents To undertake the health and safety checks Support the SLT with purchasing, administration Communication with parents Hands on at least 50% of the time with children General care Planning Keeping up to date the childrens reports Assist with all aspects of personal care, toileting,food preparation Deliver the EYFS Requirements for a Childcare Apprenticeship ; Level 2Childcare Qualification is essential when applying for this role GCSEsA-C/4 inEnglish Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills You must be able to gain a clear DBS You must have experience in a similar role Hours; Minsterworth Kindergartenoffer a day nursery provision running from 08:00-16:00and are a Term Time Only setting, with the option of a holiday club The candidate would be expected to work 40 hours per week with varied shift patterns to be discussed ADZN1_UKTJ
