Job Title : Apprenticeship Delivery Manager Location : Tonbridge Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Contract : Full-Time, Permanent Overview : We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to join our team in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery team, ensuring the effective management and delivery of apprenticeship programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of apprenticeship standards, and the ability to drive excellence in teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the delivery team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to tutors and assessors. Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and quality standards. Monitor learner progress and performance, implementing interventions as necessary to support achievement and progression. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, apprentices, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with curriculum development teams to ensure the relevance and quality of training materials and resources. Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals for delivery staff, identifying training and development needs and opportunities for improvement. Stay up-to-date with apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practice. Manage apprenticeship funding and budgets effectively, maximizing income and minimizing expenditure. Support the implementation of new apprenticeship standards and initiatives, driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and practices. Prepare reports and data submissions as required by funding bodies and regulatory authorities. Represent the organization at external meetings, events, and networking opportunities. Essential/Desirable Criteria : Proven experience in managing and leading delivery teams within the apprenticeship sector. Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, frameworks, and funding rules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Effective leadership and management skills, with a focus on team development and performance management. Sound knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures within education and training. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and solution-focused approach. A commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace. A relevant management qualification (e.g., ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management). Experience of working with a variety of apprenticeship standards and frameworks.
