Summary of the job roleOur client is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their small, friendly and professional team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a real passion for the Electrical Automotive market. Currently the organisation works closely with clients on an International basis. This is not a typical 360 consultant role as the successful candidate will be provided vacancies to work on. Your focus will be headhunting/attracting the right candidate and selling both candidate and client to each other. As the Electrical Automotive sector increases, the need for a Consultant with ambition to develop an Electrical driven desk is crucial to their business and their client base. The selected candidate will thrive in a Technical Sales/Account Management based role. You will speak with extremely Senior Engineers and therefore need to have not only passion for the industry but also be a 'technically minded' individual who thrives on finding the right candidate for that very niche role Our client is open to candidates with the following knowledge/experience; A recruiter with Electrical Automotive experience Automotive Electrical Sales/Account Management experience outside of recruitment An experienced Electrical/Automotive Engineer looking for a change in career A graduate with a relevant Engineering degree looking to utilise this in a Technical Recruitment position An experienced IT recruiter Key skills required; Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook etc) Fantastic written and verbal communication skills Ability to work to targets A great work ethic Main responsibilities; Responsible for all recruitment activities; carrying out search and selection of personnel to meet requirements, arrange interviews, completion of appropriate paperwork, tracking candidate and vacancy requirement progress Liaison with Clients and the Senior Management Team Rate negotiation with candidates to achieve preferable margins for the company Interface with candidates/clients offsite, as required Responsible for the update of information on the recruitment database The candidate will need to have their own transport as there may be an occasional need to visit clients onsite.
