The Role: You will provide support for queries and incoming correspondence, recording and initiating any necessary actions Keeping the data capture up to date and providing information for redress decisions and calculations Working across a range of systems to ensure comprehensive collection of Information and data Assist with customer contact both incoming and outgoing and other parties in relation to the review of sales of annuities Providing project support where required. Requirements: Up to 12 months previous customer service experience, ideally within the financial sector.
