Apply today for an opportunity to become a graduate Business Development Associate for a dominant medical device brand. The role Business Development Associate – Medical Diagnostics. Bedford based, with some national travel. Basic salary of £25,000 with a 10% performance bonus, £6000 annual car allowance, private medical and excellent pension contribution. This world-renowned brand is making serious waves in the medical industry, with recent rapid growth in their IVD arm of the business, they are now eager to bring in a fresh graduate who is passionate about pursuing a sales position in the medical industry. Through extensive training programmes and a highly-regarded strong company culture, they aim to coach and develop you into an excellent Account Manager in no time. In this position you will be an integral part of the IVD team, through supporting your Account Manager with the growth of existing accounts and helping to gain new ones. This role will give you a rewarding feeling that you are helping sell potentially life-saving and diagnostic equipment within the healthcare industry and improve patient-care. The majority of your work will be based in the head office in Bedford, with some travel nationally to meet with the clients. The requirements You will live within the designated territory, but aside from this you will also have: · A Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in life science, business, or other relevant industries. · Good interpersonal skills with the ability to operate credibly when customer facing. · Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues. · Previous experience gained in a commercial position. · A strong work ethic with a passion for sales and business development. · Comfortable travelling nationally.
