The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling stock levels within to ensure that at all times stock records are correct. PrincipalDuties and Responsibilities: Report and record any stock defaults. Expedite supply of materials in accordance with due date. Prioritise delivery of materials with suppliers to ensure sufficient supply is available to meet programme schedules. Ensure the systems are fully populated to allow purchasing of materials to be managed via IT systems. Ensure full documentation is completed on time to schedules provided. Ensure total accuracy in all orders receipted Responsibility for goods in/out and assisting with stock handling.
