Job Description

Location: Watford Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Basic Great Commission scheme (£30,000 OTE) Summary: At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Graduate Buyer to join a Global Supply and Logistics Provider. The role focuses on providing advice and support on a range of products to support and meet Client requirements. From providing Clients with quotes, to negotiating with suppliers and analysing Client requests from a technical perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, alongside prior experience in a sales-focused environment. They will also benefit from having excellent communication and negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail. Prior Buying experience, isn't essential. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with Clients and Suppliers, providing technical support for them as necessary. Analyse client requests and projects from a technical lens Analyse and, where necessary, challenge quotes from Suppliers Work to ensure all sales targets are met Help to technically manage large projects Liaise with various departments throughout the business Key Skills/Experience: Keen to enter a career in a sales-focused environment, or already have experience in this environment Strong educational background in English, Maths or business Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written alongside a great telephone manner A keen eye for detail and confident problem-solving ability All applicants MUST have an unrestricted right to work in the UK as our client will not support visa sponsorship for this role.
