In addition to an extensive classroom based training programme, you will be learning on the job, shadowing consultants, managers and directors to learn the exact skills required to make you a top performer. Responsibilities; - Meeting with clients virtually and person to determine the specific needs of their business. - Headhunting executive individuals for 'hard to fill' positions - Travelling both nationally and internationally to meet clients and candidates. - Advising clients on the market and hiring strategy - Interviewing and networking with high level executive candidates. Significant support will be provided by the managing partners of the business.
