What have your quick successes been? 'I came into Matchtech with zero experience in recruitment and what I've learnt is that Matchtech offer constant support towards growing you as a consultant. The first few weeks were a bit of a whirlwind learning how everything works, but through simply getting on the phone and calling clients and candidates you quickly learn what it's all about. Due to my team setting me targets and constantly answering my questions I was able to work job roles earlier than I was meant to. This meant I achieved early success by placing a candidate with a new client within my first few weeks. This has now given me confidence and physically shown me the potential to do well is there, you just need to take it.
