Talent development is a core value for us, and as a result, a new exciting opportunity has arisen for future stars to gain their first step in their events career From our office in Twickenham, we are looking for graduates or 1st sales candidates to prospect our database for new opportunities, whilst learning/developing their business skills from our training academy. The main focus of this role is to win business across the UK& Global portfolio, focusing primarily on finding new business via telesales, plus canvassing competitive events both in the UK and globally. Experience in B2Btele-sales is not essential; however a winning, personable and resilient personality is vital. Skills, experience and attributes required are: Determination, tenacity, resilience and assertiveness Ambition, entrepreneurial and go-getting Desire to learn and grow Driven, motivated, willingness to succeed High standards of communication Good organisational skills Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure Competence in Microsoft Office products This sales role offers a monthly, as you win bonus structure, and has an uncapped for commission structure.
