Responsibilities for a Graduate Teaching Assistant: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional help with their studies. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational materials and resources. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Assist in classroom management and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment. Conduct research and assist in curriculum development.Requirements for a Graduate Teaching Assistant: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, or a related discipline). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives. Patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the students and the school.
