In this graduate role you will be contacting new and existing accounts, developing client relationships and actively promoting the full range of associated products. This is a fantastic opportunity and you will receive a comprehensive training and development programme, personalised to reflect your needs and develop your sales and account management skills. Key Responsibilities: • Making proactive calls to new and existing customers • Visiting key accounts with the field sales managers • Updating customer information in the CRM database • Processing sales orders, sending out quotations, datasheets and product samples • Resolving customer delivery problems • Raising and processing debit notes, credit notes and returns Essential Skills/ Experience: • Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferably in a technically based subject) • Confident and persuasive telephone manner • Ability to meet / exceed volume and revenue targets • Strong team player with a positive "can do" attitude • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Candidates' suitability for positions will be judged exclusively on criteria relating to qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience and attitude.
