Graduate Geotechnical Engineer Reference: BY1291 Location: Northampton Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate to join an expanding team of Geo-environmental and Geotechnical Specialists on a range of projects around the Midlands. You'll be joining only a handful of others on the team in a variety of consultancy and contractor site investigation projects, allowing for focussed career progression and varied projects. Flexible work.The successful applicant will be involved in a range of projects, carrying out Phase I and Phase II investigations, borehole logging, soil and rock sampling, trial pitting, report writing and shadowing senior members of the team to develop skills. This is a hands on role, largely based outdoors. This Graduate Geotechnical Engineer role, based in Northampton, requires: A degree in Geology, geotechnical engineering, engineering geology (or a similar relevant subject). Commutable to Northampton, and willing to travel for work. Willingness to show enthusiasm and a keen interest in developing knowledge. Full UK driving licence. A Full right to work in the UK.
