Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant Vox Network Consultants Permanent - London We are looking for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our successful recruitment team in London. This role will be very much delivery focused supporting the existing team with recruitment delivery. Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial, but not essential. This role can present progression for an ambitious individual looking to move into an established recruitment delivery role. Key responsibilities include - • Supporting recruiters with the end-to-end recruitment process • Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements • Proactively manage and maintain our database of candidates • Provide an excellent candidate experience • Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards • Resource candidates from job boards and relevant sources • Format CV's in line with client requirements • Support the end-to-end onboarding process • Ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements • Complete any other general administrative duties What we are looking for - • Minimum of a 2:2 in your degree • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates/clients • Ability to use and maintain a recruitment database • Competent using LinkedIn • Excellent communication skills • A driven, enthusiastic, punctual individual who is keen to build their career within recruitment • Previous experience as a junior administrator/ resourcer (Experience resourcing within construction, building services, public sector, local authority would be advantageous) – Desirable • An understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process – Desirable Why join us?
