In this role as a permanent recruitment consultant you will be fully trained in all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to generating business. Everyone in our team has been through the same training programme, therefore everyone is keen to help you be the best recruitment consultant you can be. I know everyone says it, but in our case it is true, there is a great team spirit and a real fun atmosphere which really helps you perform at your very best. To be successful you will need to be; intelligent, driven, loyal and keen to learn. We do not require any particular type of commercial experience. You just need the right attitude. Recruitment is an industry, where if you are talented and receive the correct training, you can swiftly increase your earnings and progress into management. People who stay in the industry 3-5 years typically earn between £60k - £90k.
