Summary of the job roleAbout the role As a pricing analyst, you can expect to play an integral role in the development of pricing strategies for our market leading washrooms products, for new and existing customers, learning advanced techniques in price optimisation and statistical modelling along the way Accountability and Responsibility: Input, format, integrate, analyse, and interpret data to guide strategic decisions Create statistical models for key business concepts like pricing, risk and market Define and research technology, competitors, market segments, and other key content areas Create and present reports to inform internal stakeholders Keeping up to date with market trends across various facility management companies Liaise with other departments, such as Service, Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Engineering to enhance relevant product databases and functionality Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Economics, Business or Physics Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative skills Very strong written and verbal communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Practical experience in interpreting financial statements and strong knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting Excellent presentation skills demonstrated in client facing environment Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced changing environment Ability to think critically and demonstrate examples of improving or developing processes Keen interest in product development Industry knowledge and the ability to identify key industry players and innovators About phs… phs - life inside the yellow lozenge.
