As part of this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the service board and progressing accordingly, ensuring exceptional service support to clients. You'll provide solutions and workarounds to incidents and problems, maintaining clear communication with both the team and clients. A Typical Day in the Job: Monitor service board and progress accordingly. Provide exceptional service support to the client. Provide solution(s)/work around(s) to incidents and problems. Maintain clear communication with the team and clients. Assisting account managers by responding to queries regarding sites. Perform any other reasonable duties consistent with the role as required. Ensure all Tickets and recorded data (e.g. ITBoost) are kept up to date as changes are made. Escalate issues within the team where necessary. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:30 PM £14,000 Per annum 22 Days annual leave plus bank holidays, annual leave can go up to 26 days with length of service. Hands-on approach to IT. Excellent attention to detail. Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
