Graduate Teaching Assistant Location: The New Forest Salary:£76.92 to £95 per day Start Date: ASAP Permanent, Full-Time Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young minds? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are seekinga dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a leading primary school in The New Forest. Graduate Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities: Graduate Teaching Assistant will provide invaluable support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive and empowering learning environment. Collaborate closely with teachers to tailor learning activities and interventions to individual student requirements. Offer guidance and mentorship, promoting self-confidence and academic growth among our students. Foster positive relationships with students, creating a supportive and motivating atmosphere. Assist in the preparation of engaging learning materials and resources. Contribute to the planning and execution of extracurricular activities that enhance students' personal and academic development. GSL Requirements: A degree qualification is essential, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and patience to work effectively with students facing various challenges. A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing situations. Willingness to undergo necessary training and continuous professional development.
