There's a lot more to AXA than you might think. We're one of the biggest insurance companies in the world, and we've been helping people for almost three centuries.
We have been recognised as one of the Sunday Times Top 25 Best Big Companies to work for. We need you to continue raising our standards, to better care for our customers.
Who are we?
Our history stretches back to the 19th Century. We have been helping people to protect their possessions, themselves and their families, and look after their money, for nearly 300 years.
We're part of the AXA Group, a worldwide leader in financial services. We operate in 64 Countries with over 166,000 employees and 103 million customers.
In the UK we specialise in Insurance and Healthcare. We help over 10 million customers in the UK and operate through two businesses, AXA Insurance and AXA PPP healthcare.
Whichever programme you join we'll give you superb training, development and support. And, of course, we'll push and stretch you and your horizons, with challenging assignments, a unique learning journey and exposure to an international environment.
Watch our video HERE that outlines what our graduates think about AXA.
It's an exciting journey with AXA. Typically, our two-year programmes are made up of three eight-month placements - in different AXA operating companies and, in some cases, even at an AXA office overseas. From the off, you'll get involved in challenging, stretching work, in a supportive and stimulating environment.
We also send all of our new graduates to our Global Headquarters in Paris where you will spend one day mixing with other AXA graduates from around the world and hearing from our Global Leaders. You will then spend an additional two days at a chateau outside of Paris that doubles as one of our learning centres, where you will work on core elements of graduate development together.
Looking to the future
AXA is proud to be a partner in two of the three driverless cars projects funded by the Government - Venturer in Bristol and UK Autodrive in Milton Keynes. We are a progressive company and we are always looking for innovative solutions to help society deal with new and emerging risks.
We understand that the integration of semi-autonomous, highly autonomous and fully autonomous vehicles into the UK motor market has the potential to disrupt and fundamentally alter the current motor insurance model but at the same time transform society for the better.
We want to help enable technological advancement that has the possibility to reduce the number of collisions, reduce congestion and offer transport solutions to the elderly and disabled.
