Managing a Science Industry Partnership (SIP) membership model, through which we provide strategic support to the sector, we are seen as the respected voice on science based skills policy. We deliver recruitment in two really easy ways, firstly we recruit for organisations for you to then work for directly, but secondly we also provide something called an ATA. That means you work for us (payroll, HR etc) but then you work for the Employer day-to-day! Our roles cover the full scope of roles in science, they could be Lab Scientists, Process Operators, Graphic Designers, Accountancy, Business Admin etc - we always have a real mixture of roles available.
