We offer world-class digital training for young professionals and those hoping to make the leap from ICT users to ICT professionals.

This work based apprenticeship has the advantage of being observed and assessed by Digital Skills Solutions while Employers are able to monitor the individual progress of their Apprentices

This programme requires work-based units as well as centre-based training. This programme is suitable for those who desire a role within Business Analysis, Junior Project Management and Business Support.
The Samsung Digital Academy:
East London's new centre of IT excellence has been created through a partnership between a learning revolution in further education and technological innovation by business.
The Samsung Digital Academy was built by Newham College London in collaboration with Samsung Electronics UK to create new opportunities for young people in the UK.
Students have a state-of-the-art learning environment that includes three new training classrooms, a research zone, and a TV and audio-visual room for practical and vocational training. They also can use some of Samsung's latest devices.
The Academy is in a diverse community that needs economic improvement and is near 'Tech City', a hub for technology-based businesses that needs skilled workers. With nearly half of its 1,300 businesses saying their biggest challenge is a skills shortage, the Academy is well placed to help meet the challenge.
Samsung is also offering scholarships, and for select students, Samsung devices and IT conference places
Education:
Level 1
This course is ideal for students who wish to pursue a career in IT. It will enable you to receive a great introduction to the world of technology. You can utilise this course as the first stepping stone towards your goal of working in one of obtaining your first industry recognised qualification.
Level 2
If you wish to have a career in IT this is the course which will begin your journey. If you have obtained the CompTIA IT Fundamentals or equivalent qualification and wish to progress to a more in-depth program in IT, then this is the course for you. CompTIA A+ and the Microsoft Technology Associate qualifications will provide you with the right blend of knowledge and skills to start your career in IT.
Level 3
If you wish to pursue a career in IT this is the course which will give you the knowledge and understanding that is required for success within the industry.
This course will allow you to get qualifications from Cisco, Microsoft and CompTIA along with a Level 3 Diploma that will enable you to advance in the IT Industry.
