The schools are looking for graduates to come in with an engaging and fresh approach to learning, inspiring the next generation of learners through their school careers. What you will do as a Graduate STEM Tutor; Provide continuous educational support to students to aid in their academic growth Work closely alongside Teacher and Head of subjects to monitor student progress and design and implement materials to benefit their learning process Lead 1:1 and group support sessions to ensure the learning process is personal to each student This school has the following positions to fill; Maths Focussed Education Assistant Science Focussed Education Assistant History Focused Education Assistant Geography Focused Education Assistant If this Graduate STEM Tutor sounds like the ideal role for you, then please read on below to find out further information Graduate STEM Tutor position Job Description / School details; Graduate STEM Tutor Working closely with subject Teachers to design learning sessions Supporting and Mentoring students across KS3, KS4 & KS5 Can involve working alongside SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, Non-verbal etc) Working alongside the class teacher to deliver lessons and prepare materials ASAP Start - Long-term contract - Full Time £95 - £110 per day - Term time only Situated within the borough of Southwark Knowledgeable staff and SLT's to support you with great CPD and training opportunities Cycle-to-work scheme and onsite parking Located within the borough of Southwark Ideal Applicant for the Graduate STEM Tutor position; Hold a 1st or 2:1 degree from a reputable university in the related subjects Have the ability to build a strong relationship and work well within a wider team Have a passion and drive for teaching and education Be an approachable, hardworking and driven individual If this Graduate STEM Tutor position sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, interviews and trial days can be arranged immediately Apply for this Graduate STEM Tutor by sending your CV to Maddie at EdEx.
